United States District Judge Benjamin H. Settle issued the order from the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington, Tacoma Division, related to three consolidated cases against Prestige Care, Inc. Donna Brim, Kimberly Perry, and Janet Turner LaMonica are plaintiffs in the case.
