Following analysis, reports indicate that data may have been exfiltrated from Beacon Mutual Insurance’s systems, and the compromised information may have included personal and other sensitive data, depending on the systems affected. Beacon Mutual Insurance is a workers’ compensation insurance provider that serves employers primarily in Rhode Island, with operations and services extending to policyholders and business partners in surrounding regions.
