23 May, 2023

Danielle L. Perry, Partner at Mason LLP, has been appointed as Co-Lead counsel in a class action lawsuit against Mena Regional Health System following a data breach that occurred in October 2021. The breach resulted in the exposure of sensitive patient information, including personal identification data and medical records.

As Co-Lead Counsel, Perry will work alongside other attorneys representing the plaintiffs in the lawsuit, with the goal of securing a fair and just settlement for affected individuals. The lawsuit seeks damages for the harm caused by the data breach, including the cost of credit monitoring and identity theft protection, as well as other economic and non-economic damages.

Perry brings extensive experience in complex litigation to her role as co-lead counsel. She has successfully represented clients in a wide range of cases, including class actions in data breaches and product liability. She is widely recognized for her exceptional legal skills and commitment to protecting the rights of her clients.

“We are pleased to have Danielle Perry on board as co-lead counsel in this important case,” said Gary Mason, Partner at Mason LLP. “Her expertise and dedication to the rights of those affected by data breaches make her an excellent choice to help lead this lawsuit and ensure that our clients receive the justice they deserve.”

The case is David Rodriguez v. Mena Regional Health System, filed in the Western District Court of Arkansas.
