ALERT: Consumer Loan Application Fraud

NOTICE:  If you completed a loan application on one of the websites below, you may be entitled to compensation. 

The FTC has reached a $1.5 million settlement with the operator of these websites.  The FTC alleged that the loan application websites sold consumers’ sensitive data to third parties,  including Social Security numbers, and used applicant credit scores for impermissible marketing purposes.
